Brohm has "it." A lot of quarterbacks have strong arms, smart, poised, and can throw on the run, and Brohm can do all that, but watching Brohm play, you can see that he has something else. "it". When he starts to get into a rythm, he can just negate anything a defense throws at him. Not to mention he's got great footwork, and some decent agility.
NEGATIVES
Brohm was on pace for a monstrous year, when he tore his ACL, with 2 games to go in the season, so how recovered he is, will be a huge part of how Louisville does, as well as if he decides to declare early. Brohm doesn't have a lot of holes in his game, but could stand to refine some of the small parts of his game, like his touch on his deep throws, and throwing some of the deep routes.
FINAL WORD
I included Brohm, because if it were me, and I was coming off a torn ACL, if I could put together a big year, and stay healthy, I head to the NFL, while I can. He doesn't need much to add to his body of work, so if he can put a full healthy season together, like what he did last year, before his injury, he'll cement himself as a first round pick.
