Barring an unforeseen injury, Miller is going to end up as one of the 2 best tight ends in the country next year, and that will almost assure him an early exit to the NFL, and a top 10-15 draft slot. A lot of folks like to compare him to Todd Heap, but in my opinion, he's a much better all around player. Especially as a blocker, where he's as good as any tight end in the country. You mix in that he's a nearly flawless route runner, has very good speed for his size, soft hands like a wide out, and is fearless making catches anywhere on the field, and you see where this kid can end up being drafted very high next April.
NEGATIVES
Some say Miller isn't physical enough, particularly in the red zone, and could be bigger. Some also say his timed speed isn't great, but in reality, these criticisms are all pretty nitpicky.
FINAL WORD
Miller, along with Greg Olsen, is the best TE prospects in the country. Miller may not be quite the receiver that Olsen is, but he's a far more complete player, especially as a run blocker. Miller will be an immediate impact player for the team that drafts him, and has all the potential to be an elite Pro Tight End very early in his career.
