POSITIVES

Revis has great size with long arms and big hands. Shows exceptional instincts and is probably the best cover corner in this draft. He's strong and can jam wide outs. He does one thing very well and that's hold his backpedal, which lets him turn and run with receivers. That's rare today and most CB's open themselves up to quickly, leaving themselves open to double moves and underneath routes. He's got great ball skills and is able to find the ball in the air, and make a play on it.

NEGATIVES

Not the best CB in terms of run support, and while he's a very good tackler, Revis sometimes gets caught up in the wash on run plays. Also, more athlete than football player at this point, relying on his speed to make up for chances he takes. He'll need to improve his technique greatly at the next level to minimize any big plays. Revis doesn't get as many picks as you'd think for the number of balls that are thrown his way.

FINAL WORD

Revis could be the best CB in this draft when it's all said and done. Great size and speed, and is fearless but he isn't a polished package by any means. He’s got all the physical things you look for and is very open to coaching, and that will really help him. Also a very good punt returner, he could be an immediate impact player on that alone. I think Revis and Daymeion Hughes are the best CB prospects in this draft, and if Revis runs well, he could really move up draft boards.
